Shipping
Once the order is received, the shipment of products purchased on https://www.mysanity.it takes place within 24 hours (excluding holidays and non-working days). You will receive an email with a link to track your order delivery status at any time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the order amount. To know the exact cost, you need to enter the delivery address in the cart. Some orders may qualify for free shipping or special ongoing promotions.

Delivery Times
Shipments are carried out via BRT-DPD Group or UPS courier, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Italy: 1-2 working days
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- Rest of the world: 5-12 working days

The courier will send you a confirmation email with all the necessary details to track your shipment and provide the expected delivery date.

In areas covered by the service, it is possible to reschedule the delivery method at pickup points/service points such as newsstands and tobacconists, or at lockers available for collection 24/7.

Address Modification
All orders are processed automatically. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or delivery times.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is not collected after repeated delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to MySanity. In such cases, the order will be canceled without the possibility of a refund, and the return shipping costs will be charged to the recipient.

Duties and Customs Fees
For orders shipped to certain countries, shipments may be subject to duties and customs fees established by local authorities. MySanity has no control over these additional costs, which remain entirely at the customer’s expense.

Customized Products
For customized products, up to five additional working days may be required in addition to the standard shipping times.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- General Delivery

Orders with destinations in these areas will be automatically canceled.
