General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products through the website www.mysanity.it (hereinafter, the “Website”), in accordance with applicable regulations on e-commerce and consumer protection.


A. Introduction

Products purchased on the Website are sold by MYSANITY, with registered office at Via Clivio 43 – 21059 Viggiù (VA), VAT No. 02885500120, REA VA-298537.

B. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order on the Website, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
These conditions may be updated at any time; the applicable version is the one in force at the time the order is placed.


C. Purchase Methods

The Customer may purchase only the products available in the online catalog at the time of ordering. Each product is described in its specific product page.
Order confirmation is sent via automatic email to the address provided by the Customer.


D. Payment Methods

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit/debit cards (supported circuits)

  • PayPal

  • Other methods available at checkout

In case of order cancellation, MySanity will refund the amount using the original payment method.


E. Order Cancellation

The Customer can cancel the order before it is shipped by writing to: 📧 shop@mysanity.it
If MySanity does not accept the order or the cancellation is made in time, the transaction will be voided and the payment authorization released.

Release times are determined by the banking circuits and may take up to 7 days.
MySanity is not responsible for delays caused by the banking system.


F. Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

Shipments are made via express courier. The first delivery attempt is made without prior notice. In case of absence:

  • The courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again within 24 hours.

  • After the second failed attempt, the courier will contact the Customer to arrange a third delivery.

  • If the fourth attempt also fails, the order will be cancelled and the goods returned to MySanity.

Shipping costs: clearly indicated during the order process.
Shipping time: 1–2 working days, unless otherwise delayed due to force majeure.
Delivery time: once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email from the courier with the expected delivery date.

MySanity cannot be held liable for delays or issues caused by the shipping provider.

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer must check:

  • The integrity of the package

  • The number of packages received

Any anomalies must be immediately reported to the courier by signing with reservation ("accepted with reservation") and confirmed via email within 2 days to: 📧 shop@mysanity.it
Any hidden damage or defects must be reported within 2 days of receipt.


G. Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Directive 2011/83/EU)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason, within 14 days from the delivery date, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Withdrawal can be exercised easily and quickly through the return procedure available directly on the website.
To activate it, simply access the "Returns" or "Request a Return" section in your account and follow the guided steps.

Returns with cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted.
Once the goods have been received and checked, MySanity will refund the amount within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Initial shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.


H. Legal Guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided in Articles 128 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
In case of non-conformity, the Customer has the right to have the product repaired or replaced, or to receive a refund, as provided by law.


I. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may resolve disputes through the ODR platform, available at the following link:

L. Jurisdiction

For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy. Otherwise, jurisdiction will fall under the Court of Varese.
