Refund policy

Subject to your legal right of withdrawal, MYSANITY grants a voluntary return right of 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The return costs are at your expense.

The return conditions require that the item has only been tried on and is returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The voluntary return policy does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, end-of-line products, or promotional items.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please order the desired size or color from our shop and return the unsuitable item to us. This way, we can send you the requested item as quickly as possible.

For hygiene and health reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned in their original packaging, in new condition, and provided they have not been worn. The customer does not have the right of withdrawal for underwear and swimwear that have been used.
