POSTPARTUM BAND

An alternative to the postpartum girdle is represented in this case by the abdominal band: it has a greater height than that indicated during pregnancy, when its function was to give support only "under" the belly. It is positioned at the height of the abdomen and has an adjustable closure with velcro. The best way to wear it is by lying down, passing the band open and well stretched under the back and closing it on the abdomen after having pulled it hard so that it is tight.
