This privacy statement is given solely for the MYSANITY site (www.mysanity.it) and does not also refer to all the other websites that may be consulted by the user via the hypertext links.

PURPOSE OF DATA HANDLING

Personal data may be handled as a result of your consultation of this site.

Personal data are handled solely for purposes strictly related and instrumental to the supply of services that are described in the site and managed by the data controller.

The "data controller" responsible for their handling is MYSANITY, which is based in Besano, Varese (Italy), in Via Prestini 1. MYSANITY is the duly authorized representative of the company.

You can ask for an updated list of Data Managers. DATA HANDLING PRACTICES AND TYPE OF DATA

Data shall be handled by the specially appointed people with the aid of computer systems based on logic that is strictly connected to the above-mentioned purposes and, whatever the case, in such a way as to assure the security and confidentiality of the data in question. Specific security measures are adopted to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access to said data.

Navigation data

During the course of their everyday operation, the computer systems and software procedures running this website acquire an amount of personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

This is anonymous information that is gathered to keep the site running as usual. Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. With reference to the handling of personal data, the data subject is entitled to:
    1. obtain confirmation as to whether personal data are being held on them or not, including data not yet registered, and to ask for a copy of them in intelligible form;
    2. b) be informed of the source of personal data, the purposes of their handling and relevant handling practices, as well as the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    3. be informed of the particulars of the data controller and data managers;
    4. be informed of the parties or categories of parties that personal data may be communicated to or the parties that may otherwise gain knowledge of the data during the course of their activities as data managers in charge of data processing or their delegates;
    5. have data updated, corrected or, if so desired, added to;
    6. have data handled in violation of the law erased, transformed into anonymous form or blocked. This shall include any data whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were originally collected or subsequently handled;
    7. obtain a statement attesting that the operations mentioned under letters "e" and "f" have been made known (including their content) to all parties to/with which data have been communicated or shared, except the case in which it proves impossible to comply or would entail a use of means clearly disproportionate to the right protected;
